My Story

 

     I am a solution focused therapist and received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University.  I chose Marriage and Family because I feel relationships are very important.  I focus on family, our expectations, and how we all interact and react.

    All families experience up and downs, some more up, some more down, but it is a universal situation.   My family is no exception.  I have two teenagers that make life very interesting at times. 

    Gaining skills in patience, caring for yourself, developing healthy parent- child relationship expectations, personal responsibility, and a little support can go a long way no matter where your current family relationship is right now.   This works in your marriage too.  Let's talk about where you are, and where you want to be.  There IS a path to get you there.

    I also have many years of experience in career guidance and life planning.  If you are stuck in a rut financially, or career wise, Lets make a path to your future!
