Are you Asking for what you want?

It seems so simple, but asking for what you want is really the only way to get it. Assuming your spouse or partner knows what you want, will lead to let down in many cases. Open communication and learning how to ask for your needs is a step towards growth and improved relationships.

Why is asking, "I feel down, Would you give me some time and love tonight after work?" so hard to do?
